Creative Victoria is hosting the Creative State Summit to bring together creatives to forge new collaborations and help shape the future of creative industries.

The Creative State Summit has invited a line-up of over 100 creative industry experts to share their inspirational ideas over two days. Speakers include Tané Hunter co-founder Future Crunch; Alice Black, Director of the Design Museum, London; Angelita Teo, Director of the National Museum of Singapore; Clora Romo, co-founder and Director of Projects, Laboratory for the City, Mexico City; Benji Rogers, co-founder, PledgeMusic & Dot Blockchain Music and Ania Pilipenko, co-founder, HolzMarkt Project, Berlin.


Presentations and sessions are organised into six Hot Topic themes - 1. A Creative State; 2. Future Thinking Today; 3. Future of Storytelling; 4. Dangerous Ideas; 5. Money and Resources and 6. Access and Inclusivity.

Host venues are centralised in Melbourne - at ACMI, the Arts Centre Melbourne, National Gallery of Victoria and the Melbourne Recital Centre. 

The Creative State Summit is open to anyone working within the Victorian Creative Industries, across the arts, screen, design and games.

Tickets are limited, and the deadline for Creative Victoria bursaries for subsidised tickets is June 9.
